At Secret Vineyard Spa, our goal is to provide every guest with a peaceful, relaxing, and restorative experience. Please review the following policies before your appointment to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary paperwork and helps ensure your treatment begins on time so you can enjoy the full experience.
Message in a Bottle Gift Certificates
Give the gift of relaxation with our unique "Message in a Bottle" Gift Certificates, beautifully presented in recycled wine bottles and ready for gifting.
Gift certificates for services expire six months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable. If a purchased service is no longer available, the value may be applied toward another service of equal value.
Donated gift certificates expire after three months. Special promotions, donated services, and gift certificate appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice or a no-show appointment may result in forfeiture of the certificate or promotional offer.
For your convenience, gift certificates may be prepaid by phone and prepared for pickup. Local delivery or mailing within San Angelo city limits may be available for an additional packaging and shipping fee.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays happen. However, late arrivals may require adjustments to your treatment time in order to accommodate other scheduled guests. Arriving on time helps ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.
Cancellation Policy
Certain services require advance deposits at the time of booking.
Couple's Pairings & Retreat Packages
A 50% deposit is required when booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Group Gatherings
Group reservations require a 50% deposit and a minimum 72-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in a 50% charge.
Cell Phones
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the spa and ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing experience, we kindly ask that cell phones be silenced upon entering the treatment area.
Health Information & Allergies
Your safety and comfort are important to us. Please inform us of any allergies, medications, medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before receiving services.
Secret Vineyard Spa does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
Many of our retreat experiences include optional snack platters and refreshments. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when scheduling your appointment so accommodations can be made whenever possible.
Children
For the comfort and relaxation of all guests, we ask that childcare arrangements be made before your appointment whenever possible.
