GIFT CERTIFICATES
A unique “Message in a Bottle” Gift Certificate was created that is made from beautiful recycled wine bottles all wrapped up and ready to go… We do enforce a 6 month expiration date on gift certificate services. There are NO refunds. If services for that gift certificate are not available you may transfer to a different service of same value. Donations have a 3 month expiration date and are forfeited if there is not a 24 hour cancellation and/or “no show”. Special promotions are also forfeited if there is not a 24 hour cancellation and or “no show”. Services for gift certificates cannot be exchanged for another service due to staff being independent contractors.
*for your convenience you may call ahead and prepay for the gift certificate and we can have it ready for you to pick up or we can mail it within San Angelo, TX city limits for a shipping fee of $15 due to packaging.
LATE APPOINTMENTS
I know life gets busy and things come up but late arrivals for services will need to be adjusted accordingly for the convenience of other clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Couple’s Packages and Spa Day Retreats require a deposit of 50% when booking the service. Please give us a 24 hour notice before any cancellations to avoid a 50% charge. Group gatherings require 50% deposit and 72 hour cancellation policy in order to avoid 50% charge.
CELL PHONES
We want to ensure all clients have a divine time! Please be sure to silence your phone once entering the spa area.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Please be sure to inform us of ANY allergens, medications, or health issues before receiving treatments. We are not licensed to diagnose or treat any health concerns.
We do offer snack platters with all our retreats (optional), so please be sure to let us know of any allergens related to food at time of booking appointment...we can adjust the platter to reflect clients food sensitivities!
CHILDREN
Please be sure to make accommodations for children before receiving spa services.
